Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. All orders are shipped from our farm in Daula, Sohna, Haryana.

Delivery Time

• Haryana, Delhi NCR: 2-3 business days
• North India: 3-5 business days
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499: Free shipping
• Orders below ₹499: ₹50 flat shipping charge

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can track your order anytime by messaging us.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Not Satisfied?

If you're not satisfied with the product quality, reach out within 7 daysof delivery. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used packets (unless defective)
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
